Mike Anderson ANDERSON-MOORE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION Mike Anderson is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction. Mike founded M. J. Anderson Construction Corp. and its affiliated companies in 1979. In 2000 he formed a partnership with Jeff Moore to create Anderson-Moore Construction Corporation. The success of AMC is largely due to Mike’s integrity-driven philosophy and early determination to have only the best, like-minded people join the AMC team. Doug Augeri CEMEX Doug is currently the Vice President and General Manager for the Palm Beach / Treasure Coast areas of Cemex where he is responsible for all facets of the business. He had been in the ready mix concrete, cement, aggregate and materials supply business for over 30 years. He began his career with Rinker Materials in 1980 and has worked for CSR Ltd, and now Cemex. He has worked throughout S. Florida and Arizona. He is a graduate of Scared Heart University and a member of various industry associations. He is past Chairman of Region Six for the Florida Concrete and Products Association, Board member for the Association of General Contractors and Executive Committee Member of the Arizona Rock Products Association. Doug and his wife Sonia reside in Jupiter.
Jeffrey G. Balmer, CPA BDO Jeff Balmer has 25 years of public accounting experience. He serves clients in a variety of industries both domestically and internationally, including software and other technology companies, financial service, waste management, manufacturing, and health care companies. Jeff has significant experience working with public companies with international operations, including an online media and advertising company with operations in the U.S. and the European Union. Jeff has extensive technical experience with SEC and PCAOB rules and regulations, and has been heavily involved in mergers and acquisitions, consolidations and reorganizations, impairments, and evaluation of internal controls. Jeff serves as Director of Accounting and Auditing for the BDO West Palm Beach office, has served as an instructor in the firm’s continuing education courses, and is a member of the firm’s national quality assurance program.
