Gardens are my happy place. Whether blooming with flowers or growing vegetables, gardens fill me with the hope of continued life. This garden totem made out of clay will be here long after other gardens wither and die. It is my symbol of hope for the future. This is the second in a series of totems I’m making. It is made up of 16 separate pieces, each handmade from clay slabs, that are stacked atop one another to a height of 3 feet. This garden totem can be displayed either indoors or outdoors.
