Material Guide
ELASTANE
COMBED COTTON
A stretchy yarn mixed with cotton for greater comfort.
With long fibers. So called because the yarn has been combed to remove impurities and shorter fibers, making the material smoother and stronger. Perfect for digital printing.
DENIM A high quality, tightly woven fabric. Denim usually comprises a blue warp and a cream or white weft. Its twill weave forming diagonal lines makes it visually recognisable.
SOFTSHELL
FLEECE
Material consisting of three layers: the outer layer is neoprenebased with added elastane, the inside layer is a micro fleece, with a technical layer in-between. The material is insulated for warmth, water-resistant, breathable and wind-proof.
Heavy jersey knit with polyester and cotton. Its inside surface has been brushed making it warm and soft.
TWILL Sergé cotton or cotton mix with thin, oblique ribs.
RINGSPUN
JERSEY
Our T-shirts are knitted with superior quality Ringspun making them soft, pleasant to wear and beautiful-looking – the European quality answers to American knitwear using open-end cotton, more loosely-woven and less sophisticated.
This basic knitting makes the material soft, strong and supple with a smooth surface ideal for all sorts of printing.
OXFORD Soft, very strong material used for shirts. Coloured yarns are used for the warp while white yarns make the weft, emphasizing the plaiting effect.
