Page 1

We provide a clear, communicated process of fire safety compliance.

Construction fire safety considers the fire safety of your building for its entire lifespan - from the very start (concept) to the very end (demolition). You may be planning a brand new build or refurbishing an existing building – whatever your circumstances or stage of works, our construction fire safety service can help. We will identify the relevant legislation requirements for your building and work with you to help you achieve fire safety compliance. For your continued reassurance, we work as part of the golden thread.

Steve Glass leads our construction fire safety service. He has considerable experience with health and safety and construction site management, as well as consultations involving building regulations. He has also worked in design teams as Construction Design and Management advisor. His considerable, holistic experience allows him to help you with fire safety in your building, whatever your stage of works. Steve works closely with our fire engineers, fire consultants, trainers, site teams and is supported by the wider PartB staff who bring decades of experience and specialist knowledge to their respective roles.
