THE JUDGES JOURNEY

One area where Heera’s influence and involvement is evident is the judging process. Current GoLaadli judges know Heera personally and are moved by the organization’s mission. They find tremendous value in forming connections with the girls’ challenge submissions and stories, but internal review and research into the judging service blueprint revealed that the process is lengthy and time-intensive. What’s more, the service blueprint below also reveals that Heera is involved at every touchpoint and every conversation. Heera also gathers all of the requisite materials and is personally involved in reviewing and synthesizing feedback.
