This September I am riding in BRAKING THE CYCLE TM, A 285mile bike ride from Boston to New York! While I have done many American AIDS Rides, it has been over a decade since I have ridden my bike this far, so my training is intense. I am doing this because of several dear friends from NYC have been beneficiaries of Housing Works, the recipient of funds from this ride. My friends say I’m crazy, but they also realize my zeal for nonprofit work and are cheering me on. I hope you will as well!!!

Housing Works, founded in 1990, is the largest grassroots AIDS organization in the United States. Their mission is to end the dual crises of homelessness and AIDS through relentless advocacy, the provision of lifesaving services, and entrepreneurial businesses that sustain the effort.
