Each community is different, yet Heron Bay stood out as homes sold faster this year. In 2022, Heron Bay’s Average Days on Market was 25 and in 2021 it was 33 days. Each community has desirable qualities. The unique characteristics in Heron Bay managed to propel forward in their hyper-local market this past year.
Median Sales Price
The biggest change in the market was that in 2022 the median sales price in Heron Bay was $980,000. The community had it’s fair share of Record Sales this past year. In 2021, it was only $805,000.
