Head of School Advisory The Head of School Advisory met Wednesday, March 1 on the Linda Vista Campus. The purpose of the Advisory is to assist the Head of School in fulfilling his responsibility to provide professional, collegial and mutually supportive environment for all faculty and staff, and to strengthen the communication with the Parker faculty and staff community. Topics that were discussed at the March meeting included the hiring guidlines, Lower School turnover, salary benchmarking and administrative evaluations. Members also discussed leadership opportunities and electric car charging issues. Advisory members also discussed updates to the Heart of Campus Construction plans.
