YOUTH BOOTCAMP (10-16 YRS)
GIRLS GET FIT (7-12 YRS)
Girls will rule in this six-week exercise class that incorporates a variety of exercises such as yoga, self-defense, circuit training, Hip-Hop, nutrition counseling, and much more. In these tough workouts you will come away with a better sense of commitment and teamwork. By working towards personal goals, your self-esteem will increase as you develop physical and mental fitness. Class taught by L.A.D. Fitness. Learn, Apply, and Develop.
Have fun and get more fit in this effective 6-week boot camp. Learn fit lifestyles, how to stay in shape, and the safe way to stay in peak performance. Training programs are customized for ages 10 to 16 years. Play games and increase cardiovascular strength and endurance. Nutrition workshops are included to learn how and what to eat. Every class is different, so there’s no getting bored here!
