RELIABILITY YOU CAN BANK ON A playground is only as good as its materials. That’s why we build our products to last for decades – and back them up with a warranty of up to 20 years. The KOMPAN warranty is our promise to you that we stand behind the equipment we sell, and will be there to assist you. 1. THE KOMPAN WARRANTY

2. WARRANTY COVERAGE OF DAMAGED PARTS
YEARS Against failure due to production defects or decomposition of HDPE and HPL panels in all climates. Panels are UV-stabilised to maximum levels, yet some colour fading will occur over time.

YEARS Against failure due to material or production defects on all galvanised and other non-painted steel and metal parts, solid plastic and HPL panels, painted or resin-coated plywood panels and engineered timber.

YEARS Against failure due to material or production defects on springs, painted metal parts, moulded plastic parts, ball bearing assemblies, climbing net constructions and ropes, and synthetic grass.

YEARS Against failure due to material or manufacturing defects on moveable plastic and metal parts, sport nets and electronic components.
The warranty is limited to KOMPAN products. Damaged parts will be replaced by KOMPAN and will be delivered to the customer’s address free of charge. 3. WARRANTY COVERAGE APPLIES ONLY IF PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN PROPERLY INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED The warranty is only valid if products have been installed according to the instructions provided by KOMPAN and maintained correctly according to the KOMPAN Maintenance Manual. 4. NO COVERAGE FOR WEAR, TEAR, MISUSE OR VANDALISM The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, surface corrosion on metal parts, discoloured surfaces and other cosmetic issues or failures due to misuse or vandalism. 5. PRODUCTS INSTALLED NEAR WATER Installation with direct contact with chlorinated or saltwater, or installed with occasional direct contact with water, or installed so close to the shore they are subjected to salt spray are not covered by warranty for any defect caused by corrosion. Installation in coastal areas: Products installed within 200m of the shore will have a limited coverage for defects caused by corrosion. These products are only covered for half period of the standard material warranty.
