Francis Nwaneri Paramount Chief of Africa

The Paramount Chief Francis Kelechi Nwaneri is a Nigerian national from Imo State. He did his my Primary and Secondary Education in Nekede Boys Primary School and Emmanuel College Owerri in Imo State respectively and partially in Lagos. He was offered a scholarship after a competition organized by a group of scholars in their community that took him to Britain where he studied Aeronautic Engineering at Britain's Air University in 1990.
