August 2015 LaTardra was WONDERFUL! Speaking with her you know she's an expert, you can tell she's done this so many times, but she always kept it simple and answered any questions I had. She may be an expert but she knew I had never done this before and did such an amazing job of making sure I understood everything. She was always kind and friendly, just an absolute pleasure to work with! ___ My Paragon representative, Sarah, did an excellent job. She could quickly answer whatever questions I had or she could arrange proper contact I needed. My relocation could have been much more difficult without having her as my Consultant. ___ Leann was excellent in spearheading our relocation. She followed through on all of her commitments, promptly returned e mails and phone calls. This was our third relocation with Paragon and she personally made it the most enjoyable. ___ Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had less than 2 weeks to get everything done and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
Overall it was a very positive experience during a tough time for my family. Sheila was excellent at coordinating through our messes and I was very pleased. Sarah was fantastic. She kept me informed when needed and responded to all of my many inquiries. She coordinated my move, followed up with me on the movers and was basically there every step of the way. I really appreciated her assistance; she made the stressful job of relocating a little easier to bear.
I was extremely pleased with Sheila's expertise and advice when navigating through this relocation. We ran into several delays and issues and if not for her expertise, I am sure our closing would have been delayed and the transition not nearly as smooth as it was for us. Thanks. ___ There were a couple of damages to furniture from movers, however I was very impressed and pleased with the quick response and ease in getting one item fixed and restored as well as the replacement of my couch. Your staff and outside vendors were extremely courteous. This was the first time I have ever relocated for a job and hope that if I am ever relocated in the future things go as smoothly as they did with Paragon.
