1 Trim patterned paper to fit candy bar; wrap around and adhere ends. 2 Trim report card image from patterned paper; stamp circled grade. 3 Die-cut star from patterned paper; adhere to report card with foam tape. 4 Die-cut label from patterned paper, stamp label and sentiment; adhere with foam tape. 5 Attach eyelet; tie report card to candy bar with twine.
1 Punch circle from cardstock. 2 Trim two 12" x 1" strips of patterned paper; score every ½" and pleat; adhere ends of strips together and adhere to circle. 3 Punch circle from cardstock and adhere. Affix sticker. 4 Trim skewer; insert between pleats and adhere. 5 Repeat Steps 1-4 for additional toppers. Finished size: 2½" diameter x 7" length
