Mountainside Lodging with Spectacular Views

Our wide variety of accommodations have the facilities and comfort level you would enjoy at a city hotel but with the rustic feel and views you expect at a mountain cabin.

Choose from a range of room configurations and building types. Everything from minimalist hotel rooms to spacious condos and townhomes with full kitchens and laundry facilities.

Book through Panorama Mountain Resort and you can access the largest slopeside hot pools in Canada, as well as waterslides and cold pools during the summer months. All of our accommodation is within easy walking distance of meeting facilities, the village gondola, shopping, dining and activities.

Accommodation Types

Townhomes

Spacious two and three bedroom townhomes are perfect for guests who like the extra space. The Lookout and Riverbend properties have private patios with views of the Purcell mountains.

Village Condos

Offering studio up to 3 bedroom condos, all units feature a full sized kitchen, a comfortable living room, gas fireplace, TV, full size bathroom(s), and a balcony (not guaranteed in studio units).

The Approach Hotel

A Panorama original, redesigned and reimagined to create the perfect slopeside basecamp for all your adventures. Steps from the Mile 1 Express, the T-Bar and Alto Kitchen & Bar and located in the heart of our village, The Approach is a streamlined and modern take on the mountain hotel experience.

Bring Your Company to the Mountains

Facilities are available for groups from 20 to 250 people.

The Great Hall

Located in the heart of the village, The Great Hall is our largest venue and offers rustic ambience with bare timber, a cathedral ceiling and mountain views through panoramic windows facing Panorama Mountain. Located at the base of the mountain, this space puts you in the centre of everything.

Alto Kitchen & Bar

Alto Kitchen & Bar offers an intimate setting combining modern mountain decor with excellent views at the base of Panorama Mountain. This summer space is perfect for a reception or a corporate dinner meeting.

The Copper Crown

Centrally located in the upper village, the Copper Crown is a flexible space that can be set up as two smaller spaces or a single large room. With views of the Purcell Mountains and a rustic ambience with large log beams and pillars throughout, from presentation space to breakout areas and fully set with AV this multi-use space is ready for whatever you need.

Boardrooms

The Earl Grey and Conrad Kain boardrooms are suitable for meetings of 10-25 people. These can also be used in conjunction with The Copper Crown as break-out rooms. They are WiFi enabled with full conectivity and AV.

Breakfast

Start the day off deliciously! Whether you’re looking for a quick start to an action packed day, or a more leisurely sit down meal, choose from a range of grab-and-go and buffet options to suit your team’s schedule and preferences.

Lunch

Fuel your day with a diverse range of lunch options to cater to all palates. Enjoy an assortment of buffet options, from soups and sandwiches, to specialty Italian and Asian style buffets, or opt for a quick and convenient lunch onthe-go. Looking for something unique? Order a selection of our hand thrown fired baked pizzas for a memorable meal.

Dinner

Choose from two delightful dinner options, the Taynton Dinner and the Purcell Dinner, both designed for a minimum of 40 people. The Taynton Dinner offers a rich buffet with a selection of salads, main courses, and accompaniments, while the Purcell Dinner includes a chef’s carving station with prime rib or honey ham in addition to similar menu choices. Both options end with an assortment of desserts.

Hors d’Oeuvres and Reception

Enjoy a delectable selection of hors d’oeuvres and platters at your event, ranging from skewers and crostini to sliders, tacos, tartar, cheese and charcuterie, and a delightful chef’s dessert bar.

Drinks

Our alcohol menu varies depending on our seasonal menu. We can bring in any alcoholic drinks that can be ordered from the British Columbia Liquor Store. Bar options: host, cash, or ticketed.

Equipment Rental

Conference and banquet room rental includes: inroom tables and chairs, podium, projector screen, data projector, speaker and microphone. Other AV equipment rental is available on request.

Summer Activities

Elevate your corporate event at Panorama with a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure in an awe-inspiring setting to strengthen relationships between colleagues.

Head out into the mountains and explore the spectacular surroundings by mountain biking, whitewater rafting, hiking or alpine ATV tour. Or, relax and soak it all in as you enjoy the mountain views from the village. Whether you’re poolside, strolling along walking paths, golfing at the award-winning Greywolf Golf Course or taking a sightseeing chairlift ride up the mountain and rejuvenating with mountain yoga, everyone will find something to enjoy during their retreat at Panorama.

Winter Activities

Ski and snowboard down endless, meandering corduroy cruisers, tackle the powdery paradise of Taynton Bowl or take in the views from the various alpine dining huts around the mountain. With 2,847 massive acres of terrain across 4,000 vertical feet of fall-line perfection surrounded by the towering peaks of the Purcell mountains, every turn will be a memorable moment for your team.

For the non-skiers in your company, there is a wide range of activities to keep everyone entertained including; relaxing in the Panorama Springs hot pools, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, on-resort massage and spa services, snowmobiling adventures, and shopping trips to nearby Invermere.
