The Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County is participating in Applebee’s Dining to Donate program. Dine at Applebee’s in Charles Town the first Thursday of each month from 11:00 a.m. until closing and Applebee’s will donate 20% of your bill to the Animal Welfare Society. Enjoy an evening of delicious food and help the shelter dogs and cats that are waiting for new homes. The Animal Welfare Society is a non-profit, no-kill shelter and United Way agency located on Leetown Pike near the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. The society has been helping the plight of homeless and neglected pets since 1952.
