After discussing your printing needs with us, we’ll email you an estimate. You can now review the job details and price before deciding if you’d like to go ahead.
Order Confirmed
If you were happy with your quote and replied to go-ahead, we’ll email you an order confirmation. This means that your order is now booked in.
Artwork + File Check
Now is the time to let us know your design brief so we can create your artwork, or send us your own print files so that we can check for any issues.
Proof
The exciting part! You’ll now get a look at your finished design and can let us know if anything needs amending, or if you are happy to go ahead with printing.
Printing + Finishing
Once your proof is approved, you can sit back and relax! Production is underway and our team are now working on your order.
Delivery
We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready. It will arrive to you either via our Panda Van, or by courier, or you can collect from us if preferred.
Invoice
You’ll receive your invoice and payment details via email. If you had pre-paid, you’ll still be sent a copy for your records.
Referrals + Feedback
