The main objective of publishing the "PTM Spotlight" Newsletter is to make people aware of Toastmasters International Culture and the culture of Panadura Toastmasters Club. "PTM Spotlight" Newsletter contains articles about club meetings, articles from Panadura Toastmasters, and articles from other club members. "PTM Spotlight" Newsletter recognizes the new members of Panadura Toastmasters Club, the achievements of our membersandtheachievementsasaclub.

Designing the Newsletter made me realize the value of workingasateamandtheimportanceofplanningthework. The designing of the newsletter improved my creative abilities and leadership abilities.
