Above & Facing Page Top: We spearheaded the LEVEL Hope & Help Center Designer Showcase 2011, benefiting the Hope & Help Center of Central Florida in its efforts to treat and prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS. The event presented us with the opportunity to create a living space full of energy and vibrant color. Natural wood grain seating and an organic side table sit near chrome chairs designed by Sami Hayek. Geometric patterns play in accent furniture and upon the custom Kyle Bunting rug.
Facing Page Bottom: Bold splashes of turquoise and coral against the neutral color palette add complexity to the room, which overlooks Lake Eola in downtown Orlando. I designed the lacquer turquoise console table for the space; the organic rock crystal drawer pulls are an unexpected accent that summarizes how I designed the space—juxtaposing the natural world with modern aesthetics.
