Nova Medical Group Welcome Dr. Jennel Nelson to Warrenton! Jennell Nelson-Outerbridge, MD is a board certified clinical dermatologist and skin surgeon. A native of the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, her particular area of interest in medical dermatology is treatment of severe manifestations of skin disease in both adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Nelson will be seeing both medical and cosmetic dermatologic patients, and has served as the chair of the cosmetic laser program at Kaiser Permanente before joining Nova.
