MASTER PLAN “LAND OF WATER”
quays/viewpoints
The Cadillal is an area of high ecological value located in the province of Tucuman, Argentina. It represents one of the most environmental assets in the metropolitan system of Tucuman. Quays
His tourist village receives between 1500 to 10000 visitors per weekend, which only used the site during the day because it doesn’t have the necessary infrastructure for accommodations. This generates a constant change in tourism site that hinders its development.

It is possible to make an approach of how urban sprawl will increase according to the relathionship of the distances among settlements and cities. From another point of view, today natural hills act as physical barriers for urban growth, but this situation may change without planning. A remarkable increase of urban sprawl not only in the heart of the Gozo Island but also in the borders may be evident.
