Understanding the SRX Menu Structure
The functions below can be activated by tapping the relevant display or pressing the relevant function key. Table 3-2: Plan View Functions

When “Pan” is selected (“Select” displayed), tapping an area on the touch panel with the stylus pen will center the screen on the selected area.
“Select” (“Pan” F1 displayed)
When “Select” is selected (“Pan” displayed), tapping a point on the touch panel with the stylus pen will display information for that point.

Zooms in.

Returns to the original orientation display.
FUNC Menu The Functions menu is used to set up or start survey jobs. The Functions menu screens are shown below:
The Functions menu contains the following options: Job...................................................Create or select a survey job (see Page 3-5) Instrument......................................Specify your instrument or total station (see Page 3-5) Job settings.....................................Review or change job specifications (see Page 3-6) Configure reading..........................Specify the number, type and manner of field readings (see Page 3-6) Tolerances.......................................Specify the desired measurement precision (see Page 3-9) Units................................................Specify the units of measurement (see Page 3-10) Date and Time................................Check or set the time of day and date (see Page 3-12) Job delete........................................Remove jobs, roads, and templates (files) from the SRX (see Page 3-13) Calculator.......................................Provides an RPN calculator function. Feature code list.............................Manage one or more lists of feature codes (see Page 3-15) Communications............................Transfer data between the SRX memory and a PC (see Page 3-12)
