house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Sept. 27 to Oct. 3 in the Multiple Listing Service. Michael and Nancy Suah, of Ormond Beach, sold 3100 John Anderson Drive to John and Hollis Hussey, of Ormond Beach, for $1,339,050. Built in 1972, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, elevator, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,696 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $930,000.
