home on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of July 5-11 in the Multiple Listing Service. Matthew Merrell, of Ormond Beach, sold 116 River Lane to William and Ashleigh McLaughlin, of Ormond Beach, for $1.1 million. Built in 2008, the house is a 6/4 with two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 5,142 square feet. It sold in 2994 for $585,000. Craig and Joni Nedderman sold 216 Benjamin Drive to Kevin Layne and Samantha Reid-Layne, of Gainesville, for $296,900. Built in 1952, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,305 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $130,000. Robert Napiekrowski, of Lake Mary, sold 943 Northbrook Drive to Terry and Crystal King for $279,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,666 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $260,000.

Ormond King Center LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Sterthaus Drive, Unit 303, to Beverly Shook, of Ormond Beach, for $275,900. Built in 2018, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,248 square feet.

Mark and Patricia Kresi sold 105 Sawtooth Lane to Kelley and Trudy Underwood, of Ormond Beach, for $242,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $162,000.

Darrin Dunbar, of Ormond Beach, sold 210 Lemon Tree Lane, Unit 5, to J.A. and Anita Vigara, as trustees, for $138,150. Built in 1984, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,262 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $90,800.

Hunter’s Ridge Derek and Kimberly Cunha sold 4 Pine Look Pass to Renville Marsh, of Ormond Beach, for $570,000.
