Luxury Hotel, Vietnam. Santhaya & Associates Co.,Ltd. (current) This luxury hotel is situated on the most prominent hill overlooking Halong city and the bay. It consists of hotel, Condotel, Public facilities with the main concept of the legend of Phoenix.
The pantry is located right next to the entrance with a well-designed partition to seperate the function between pantry and the whole room.
Charming green wall tiles bring the sense of Phoenix and a little touch of Vietnamese heritage.

Groud level Consist of Cafe, Meeting room, Semi-outdoor atrium and two large function rooms.
Second level This is the floor for food & beverages, Which are situated in the opposite wings. One wing is Chinese specialty restaurant and the other wing is All day dining plus the luxury cigar bar.
Third level One wing occupied by gym & spa which also spread some extra function such as private foot massage pods and outdoor yoga into the center atrium to combine natural senses with the funtion.
Furniture layout. (Public area: Rooftop) Rooftop level This is highlight spot. It is a rooftop ber with swimming pool with 270 degrees view. The spectacular view over Halong Bay from dusk till dawn could be cleary seen from this level and doubtless this floor would be a must for all the hotel guests and visitors.

Wooden Door Cafe, Chiangmai. For the time being, the Wooden Door Cafe is under the design progression in an oriental mixed style to truly represent the south east asian charms and to create a homely experience during a stay in Chiang mai. The cafe is placed in a 64 sq.m. separated hut in front of the hotel area in order to easily welcome and attrack the tourists from main road.
The Home Massage at Wualai Road Chiangmai. “Home” is not just a place to live, it is a feeling of relaxation and happiness. Nothing is better than having the best massage at the place you belong. Main requirement is to design a stylish massage shop with a feeling of home and make it outstanding from other traditional massage shops in town to mainly serve a young tourist group.

A designer performs similar function like a film director but we communicate directly to the user over our space designing. The Space making could stimulate the user’s perception by the design elements such as composition, materials, light, colour palette and so on. If film and architecture both assemble spatial and temporal way of perception, this thesis proposed to experiment in interpretation the concept character from the two-dimensional imagery of film to the three-dimensional space which can represents the same atmosphere and feelings. Hitchcock was like an artist who worked on the film. His film are widely recognized because of the uniqueness and his elaborately techniques. There are so many reasons to study from his architectural imagery from his films. Architecture and set are important parts in Hitchcock’s works and the house in his movies is presented as a trap. He uses the set in more dramatic way, in designing procedure he thinks in term of cinematic space; which consists of lighting, sound, editing, camera positionsand camera movements and utilizes these as architectonic practices.

Although, the physical condition in Laurieston was changed, everysquare metre had been embedded with memories. It seems like everything just hopefully waited for the day when the night time happiness would be meaningful again. The Laurieston Cinescape is placed in the Former British Linen Bank building. This is a new friendly night activities spot, which contributes to the social capital of a community and helps in developing the skills, community spirits and artistic sensibilities. It is a place for local people from all ages to join and spend time together and express themselves through performance and film. The initiative idea is to connect the memory of place together with activities experiences and also leave the space for imaging the future. Let’s take a journey from the reality to our fantasy world and become a part of visual system that allow us to perceive a sensation of moving image and film.

This project is composed of 5 main zones according to the teaching complied. thus,the overall view or image of this project is the harmonization and co-existence of architecture and nature in order that it could be a project of co-communication to incur Ajarn Maan Bhuri Dhatto practices and teaching that the architect has interpreted and tried to communicate by architectural ideas expressed in the project.

The mixture of comtemporary architecture and oriental cultures was taught by Thailand famous architect “Mr.Ong-ard Satrabhandhu”. The project started from finding the style suitable for the easterners in the sense of lifestyle, behavior, culture and topography and bringing the identity of place from its context to blend with the building function. The mainpurpose of this project is to bring back an old charming atmosphere of Thapae Road and create the uniqueness through the advancement of local wisdom in the same time.
