Introduction
WHO ARE WE?
We are a Bumiputra company with the main objective of actively participating and contributing towards the country's development through government and private sector projects, in line with Malaysia’s Vision 2020 policy. Our growth in terms of its resources is attributed to the willingness and ability of the management to respond positively to the constantly growing demands of our Clients. Incorporated in 1984, Perunding AJZ Sdn Bhd has since accumulated extensive experience in diverse areas of engineering
consultancy. Our commitment to excellence is best reflected in our successful participation in numerous audio visual, broadcast, commercial, residential, as well as educational projects throughout Malaysia. We suffered a major financial setback in 2008 when our professional fees were not paid by Clients. The matter was taken to court and took several years to be settled. After favourable court judgements in 2016, we are rapidly bringing the company to be active again.

Board of Directors Ir Mohd Zain Yusoff
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Following his graduation from Brighton College of Technology, UK in Electrical Engineering, Zain Yusoff began his career with Radio Television Malaysia (RTM) in 1969. He held various technical posts before leaving RTM in 1981 as Director of Engineering. Amongst his many achievements during his tenure with RTM include being involved in the introduction of color television in Malaysia and the colorisation of Filem Negara’s film studio and sound stage. Currently the Managing Director of Perunding AJZ, he is responsible for the firm’s overall project management and engineering consultancy services. Zain Yusoff has accumulated over 40 years of professional experince in fields of electrical engineering and project management. His corporate experince is as follows: 1) Chairman of PJ Development Berhad from 2005 to 2010. 2) One of the early directors of Bandar Sunway in 1985.
Zaharudin Ahmad joined Perunding AJZ after having spent 10 years with Urban Development Authority (UDA) where he was Chief Engineer. At UDA, he was responsible for the project management, coordination and design aspects of the civil/structural engineering projects undertaken by their engineering unit.

He joined AJZ in late 1994 as Associate Director and is currently Deputy Managing Director responsible for coordination and management of all projects being undertaken by the civil and structual department.
Wong Kong Chiew began his career as a Mechanical Engineer with JKR Workshop Negeri Bentong in August 1970. He remained with JKR for most of his career where he was posted as State Mechanical Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer at several JKR State offices and workshops. He was then posted to JKR Headquarters KL - Cawangan Jalan in 1984 to coordinate all Federal heavy plant, vehicles, quarries and weigh-bridges for commercial vehicles in Semenanjung Malaysia. AJZ he was with JKR TUDM - Subang as Senior Local Engineer in charge of supervising all TUDM projects in Subang. Appointed to the Board of Directors in June 2007, Wong Kong Chiew is currently responsible for the firm’s consultancy services in the mechanical engineering division.
Graduated from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 1998, Fariz Yusoff started his career in Civil Engineering with an Australian Construction Company in Sydney. He then worked with the Monorail Project Kuala Lumpur in 1999 and has been in the Engineering and Construction Industry for the past 20 over years.
