As we approach the festive season and look forward to a new year, we all read lots about wellbeing and resolutions for the year ahead. Financial wellbeing is also important, especially if you feel you need to do more to take control of your finances. But you don’t have to do this alone, help is at hand here in Paisley town centre.

RENFREWSHIRE CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU

At Renfrewshire Citizens Advice Bureau, we’re already anticipating a busy autumn and winter.

With a couple of big themes likely, we’ ve sought extra funding and we’ve got advisers at the ready because we know people will need help with money advice and with energy advice. We’re here to help if you’re worried about money, or if you’re looking at the increasing price of fuel, and you want to know more about your options, so please spread the word. Renfrewshire CAB needs you! We’re also recruiting volunteers to join our Trainee Adviser Programme. If you think you can commit a day a week to a challenging and rewarding opportunity to help the community then please get in touch. We’re also looking for people with ‘lived experience’ of money problems to join our research panel and participate in occasional (paid) surveys.
