Wm Phelps Butchers has been proudly serving the people of Paisley since 1965, sourcing only the finest quality grass-fed Scotch beef and lamb from local farms in and around the Clyde Valley. Phelps has been making their own air dried beef BILTONG for more than six years, with customers travelling from far and wide to purchase. Originating from South Africa, it’s a high Protein healthy beef snack air dried in Phelps specialist drying cabinets.

Open since 2019, Adom Afro on the High Street helps bring Afro Caribbean food to the centre of Paisley.
