Ludic Landscapes are spatial experiences in which art, design and play merge through installations, environments and equipment. They are immersive experiences, where forms and space become diffuse to our eyes, sharpening other senses and modifying our most everyday and habitual perceptions. In this way they become happenings, moments of intensity that challenge us to reflect on everything that escapes our reason and generates pure emotion. The spatial experience invites us to ask ourselves: is it possible to find other ways of communication? Is it possible to explore other temporalities, other ways of connecting, that allow us to feel through our bodies? The projects are the starting point to generate R&D in the field of design of ludic structures, creating industrial models and invention patents. The creative process results from an investigation of light structures of apparent fragility, which become extremely robust due to their own shape. Through this concept we accompany institutions and companies that are concerned about being a reference of excellence in art, leisure and culture.

The word landscape comes from country or territory itself. It is an element of reference, a symbol of social and personal identity, which is configured from qualities and intensities, unlike space which is defined by its limits. A ludic landscape is a playable territory that generates climates, play environments, exploring multiple possibilities, movements, actions and meanings. The ludic environment is characterized by being more dynamic, less determined, less hierarchical, more "disordered". In other words, it is freer. Ludic Landscapes are micro worlds of infinite possibilities, of freedom, innovation and action.
Very good! Now press the other eye.

RED. It is the first color of the rainbow and the first color that babies distinguish. It is the color to which we respond the fastest, symbol of celebrities, royalty, empires and also the color of revolutions. It is the color Designing Red has been a wonderful adventure, where great friends, adults and children, added ideas and proposals. It was built in only two months by seamstresses, weavers and work teams from the municipality. With the challenge of sewing objects of an unimaginable size and putting together structures like puzzles, while playing in secret when no one was looking. In this space, part of that love, enthusiasm and collective effort could be perceived as it became a reality.
of passions, of love, of the visceral, of the forbidden, of fire, of blood. We can find red in objects, art, geography, politics, cinema, literature, gastronomy, animals, buildings and names. How could we explain to a person who cannot see what the color red is like? What does red taste like? What is its aroma and sound?
All right! How about shaking up the catalog a bit?

The ludic VOID is an indispensable process for the existence of ludic activity, through which a fragment of reality and the established is vacated, in order to playing and recreate new meanings. The void could be considered as the aesthetic and spatial materialization of silence, where emotions can enter, to generate open, dynamic, flowing spaces. The beauty in these spaces is a functional consequence of the changing and indeterminate movement that unfolds in their occupation.
Ludic landscapes are territories of latent possibility, of reconfiguration, where everything is always "to be", again and again; and whoever plays, unveils objects and spaces to find their true footprint, to discover and rediscover their potentiality.
Excellent! Now... blow hard!

It was challenging to occupy such a tall, long and narrow space... between curves delimiting the different spaces, and the lamps humanizing the scale, containing the video and reading areas. The size was another challenge, with more than three meters in diameter and almost five meters high, the fabrics were joined with circular structures flexible pipes, to give the shape to the lamps and allowing them to be deployed in space.
Giant folding lamps. "To go through the viscera of a dinosaur, to feel the fabrics caress the body as they unfold inside
Playscape of caresses and the visceral.
the space, to merge figure and background while the body is immersed in the interior of a red forest."
Fantastic! Now stroke the firefly to guide you through the night.

BUBBLE HOUSE
Bubble house is a folding tensile structure, a fabric of nets and circular boards that hangs from trees, delimiting the void and containing our body floating in nature. It is our first product and a patent has been filed for its structural innovation. When folded, it occupies only 3% of its unfolded volume, and can be easily stored or moved. It allows playing in multiple ways: climbing, jumping, swinging and sheltering; hanging at different heights to suit different ages and capacities. It can be covered with textile covers and illuminated inside, transforming it into a luminous sculpture. It is a design that has been awarded and distinguished on numerous occasions: Good Argentine Design Seal, Permanent Design Collection of the Castagnino-Macro Museum, Innovar, Tecnópolis, 1st Prize in the Playful Category National Design Salon, International Architecture Biennials in Córdoba and Rosario, Expresiva, National Fund for Cultural and Creative Development.
Wonderful! Now rub the house to remove the lid and see its structure...

Ludic Structures They are spaces and objects that represent the zero degree of architecture and human construction. They are "pure-structure" and contain a space of freedom where the body unfolds in front of nature, merges with it, crosses it.
Super! Now close your eyes and think of a hammock...

It is possible to swing in a group, turn or move unexpectedly in circles and ellipses. Everything is "round", the movement, the colors on the floor and the mobile structures with large silver polka dots suspended from the ceiling, which rotate while reflecting circular fragments of what is happening in the landscape.
This way! Now clap once to see the latest project.

A yacaré or a giant monster to assemble in a group. Clouds to improve acoustics and imagine interior skies. Furniture that are shelters, slides and libraries at the same time. Walls of textures, colors, sounds and movements, to play with music.

My childhood was a time between the immense verticality of the Andes Mountains and the plains of the Argentine pampas, exploring tree branches, scrap yards or spinning with my body wrapped between curtains of fabrics… I loved to play. I was extremely curious and enthusiastic about very diverse subjects: art, science, astronomy, biology, to build, writing, inventing... I always felt the need to link as many things as possible to create unexpected situations within the infinite extent of the imagination. I first thought about the concept of "ludic landscapes" in my architecture thesis, inspired by the need to create spaces of freedom that stimulate movement; and feeling passionate about the possibilities of innovation in structural design. These ideas would permeate my entire production of art, design and architecture. My first professional experience was focused on architecture, continuing my studies in Navarra (Spain) and then collaborating with an international firm in Bilbao. When the first of my three little girls was born, I felt it was important to be in a place and time of introspection. I established my own studio in Argentina, a small "tree house", surrounded by a hanging garden of orchids. From there, the production of ludic landscapes became more and more challenging, searching other modes of communication, through spatial experiences capable of modifying our perception and exploring the possibility of changing the way we live, dream, play and feel. My productions include different scales: installation, video art, sculpture, small models and architecture, combining spatial experiences with rigorous structural design, creating invention patents and innovative developments. In my workspace, textiles, models and stitching moulds coexist with complex structural analysis software. I feel as if my great-grandmother, who taught me how to knit, is sitting at the same table with great engineers from of the construction history discussing ideas with their experience. That is something I find fascinating! Leticia Paschetta. Ludic Artist, Architect, Designer. Educated in Argentina and Spain, her artworks were exhibited in Chicago (Athenaeum Museum), Barcelona (Disenny Hub), Bilbao (Azkuna Zentroa) and Argentina (CCK, CCVM, MAR, Macro CastagninoMuseum, MARQ and International Biennials). She has received distinctions and awards Barcelona (Invitation to create the Argentine Pavilion), European Union (AL Invest program success story) and Argentina (National Fund for the Arts, Good Design, and Castagnino National Art Prize). She has received grants in Spain, Argentina (Latin AmericanMDA, Di Tella) and Italy (Politecnico di Milano).
Thank you! Shall we start again?
