The group has from power supply manufacturers, through upstream manufacturers of transformers, inductors, magnetic cores and plastic parts, all under the same ownership. INDUSTRIAL INTEGRATION

Industry Chain Integration Magnetic components are the key in terms of the overall cost, and EMI performance. PAIRUI has its own ferrite core division, plastic division, and magnetics division. All parts listed on the left are our own products. We have good cost from this industry chain integration.


MARKETING International Exhibitions Our budget for marketing is $1M for year 2014. International exhibitions are one of the major marketing channels, which we spend around 30% of marketing fees on.


MARKETING Generate Leads, and Branding Google Adwords, Google contents, E-Newsletters and Email-blasts (10%) from other service providers are the major channels to generate leads. We also do a lot magazine ads (30%) for branding.
