PROVENANCE

The Provenance at Hargadon Bros is about only using the highest quality & freshest ingredients where possible. We believe that our philosophy of using only fresh, responsibly sourced, sustainable, quality ingredients makes our food stand out. We know where our ingredients come from, and all of our food is made fresh each day. Exceptional quality Fruit & Vegetables are delivered daily, mostly from our own Poly tunnels & Patch at Ballincar Farm. Our eggs come from barn reared chickens, at Woodville Farm, and we are very proud to say our Salmon is Cold Smoked by ourselves at Lissadell, Co Sligo. Clarke’s Butchers across the road, supply us daily with all our Locally Sourced Irish Beef, Lamb, Pork & Bacon, and all our Seafood, Mussels & Local Oysters are delivered from shore to door by Charlie Kelly & John Flynn.
