GEORGIA PRIVATE SCHOOL TAX CREDIT PROGRAM At Pace, we believe all students deserve an outstanding education regardless of a family’s financial situation. So, we take part in the Georgia Private School Tax Credit Program, which allows couples, individuals and businesses to reallocate a portion of their Georgia taxes to financial aid at independent schools of their choice. Funds are awarded to students matriculating to Pace from public schools or entering Pre-First or first grade and are assigned based on a family’s demonstrated financial need. In 2013, more than $635,000 was reallocated to allow high-achieving students to attend Pace Academy. One year later, the 2014 amount allocated through the Georgia Tax Credit Program exceeded $809,800.
