ASSIGNMENT
A.12.5 ASSIGNMENT 1. This Agreement is personal to the Parties and neither Party may assign, transfer or sub-license any of its rights, or sub-contract or otherwise delegate any of its obligations under this Agreement, except with the prior written consent of the other Party.
