If the network is not connected, the offline extension application is adopted: ① Select the authorization period as required: 7,15,39,90 and unlimited. ② Click Export to generate the DEVICE SN. C2v file. ③ Copy the C2V file to the Internet accessible computer, contact and send it to the after-sales technical personnel. ④ After the approval, the after-sales personnel sends back the device serial number. V2c file. ⑤ Copy the V2c file to this computer, open the software, select the authorization tool "offline extension application" interface and click "Import". ⑥ If the file is imported successfully, applied extended time will be added to Remaining Days.
Upgrade Software Open "About" of scanning software and click "Check for Updates". If there is updated installation package on the network, download the software. If "Download updates automatically" is checked, the software will automatically download the update package when the network is connected. When the download
