Demonstrate vocal and instrumental proficiency for leading worship. General Requirements • Music Theory Placement Test. This test is required of all prospective music and worship majors to determine correct placement in Music Theory courses. • Large Ensemble Participation. All BAMW students are required to participate in at least two semesters of Worship Choir. • Juries. All BAMW students enrolled in applied lessons are required to perform before the worship arts faculty at the end of each semester. Repertoire will be chosen from the student’s applied lessons. • Recitals. All BAMW students enrolled in applied lessons are required to perform before their peers in a recital at the end of each semester. Repertoire will be chosen from the student’s applied lessons. Students enrolled in applied lessons are required to attend all on-campus recitals.
