HOW CAN I JOIN YOUR PROGRAM?

Youth are referred by community partner organizations and school personnel who identify that OYC Miami's program support is needed. Youth are also referred by partner community organizations and school personnel.

Families, parents or adult community members seeking support services may inquire about program offerings through OYC Miami’s Eden Place.

WHAT IS YOUR PROGRAM COST?

Program services are offered at NO cost.

HOW IS OYC FUNDED?

OYC Miami receives support from federal, state and local grants, individual and corporate contributions, and foundation giving. If you are interested in donating visit www.OYCMiami.org

WHO IS YOUR TARGET DEMOGRAPHIC?

OYC Miami welcomes youth in kindergarten through 12th grade who are enrolled in OYC's 14 partner schools and/or are residents of Overtown and surrounding communities.

HOW CAN I SUPPORT?

Financial contributions are always welcomed, you can make your donation by visiting www.oycmiami.org/donate . You can also donate your time and talents via our volunteer registration process. Making connections, sharing about our work on social media or attending any of our events are other great ways of supporting our mission.

Investing in prevention and education benefits the entire nation, by building stronger communities, improving individual health, reducing government spending for social programs, and creating a stronger economy.

-Sponsors a student for one year (includes OYC Miami’s year-round comprehensive services)

-Sponsors Parent services for one-year (mentoring, workshops, training)

-Provides a one-year scholarship to a high school senior going off to college and the opportunity to participate in OYC's annual college tour

-Sponsors one student during the OYC Miami Summer Program (academic support, enrichment, health and wellness)

-Provides one graduating senior with the necessary tools to embark on their college journey

-Brightens one student’s holiday season

-Helps a student return to school with a new backpack filled with supplies
