Airport Transfer Additional Services Unaccompanied Minor Service
A supplement of £50 or $60 per single journey will apply when students are travelling on an Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service Unaccompanied Minors are met by an Oxford Spires member of staff on arrival, who receives the student from the airline staff. On departure, Oxford Spires will accompany the student to the airline check-in desk, and ensure the student is safely with the airline staff. The Oxford Spires staff member will see the student through security, and then wait until their flight has taken off before leaving the airport.
Transfers for 2+ students on the same flight
Students travelling in groups of 2 to 8 could be eligible for a discount on the above prices when travelling on the same flight and going to the same centre/city. Please enquire at the time of booking.
Arrivals and departures in unsocial hours
Transfers commencing after 21:00 and before 6:00 (for flights arriving in the UK after 21:00 or departing the UK before 7:00) will be subject to an additional fee of £25
Group Transfers
Group transfers can be arranged to and from all major airports by bus/coach, to and from all venues.
