SUMMER COLLECTION Oxford’s 45+ years of expertise in the motorcycle industry has been applied in full to its range of motorcycle rider wear. Although it’s important that clothing looks the part, most of the work goes into the elements you never see – stitching methods, new construction techniques, material testing, pattern development, approval standards and so on. Detail is everything; every stitch, every panel and every fold is considered.

NEW SPORTS Melbourne textile joins summer leather jacket and suit, both new for the sport rider.
The new Melbourne is a sports riding jacket designed for comfort and style. It has a Mandarin style collar with rolled neoprene and Amara on the inside for comfort, air vents for extra air flow in warm weather which come complete with water resistant zip closures. The centre front zipper is also waterproof and has a storm gusset for extra weather protection. Reflective elements to front, sleeves and back, the top of the sleeves have TPR mouldings for extra protection and on the back, as an upgrade on the previous version of this jacket, there are two air vents with water resistant zip closures. A high Denier material is used from upper to lower arms for great abrasion resistance and there are adjustment straps on the upper arms. On the cuffs, there are ‘set it and forget it’ adjustments which makes it easier to set your personal preference of wearing gloves under or over the jacket. There is a removable thermal liner. As with all of our jackets, a half zip is provided at the base to attach to any Oxford textile pants. Hand warmer pockets are provided. Provided with Level 1 CE protectors at shoulders and elbows, Level 2 upgrades are available soon. There is a pocket provided to take an Oxford back protector, which is available separately.

This one-piece sports riding suit is perfect for road use. Its Mandarin collar suits the prone position adopted on sports bikes and the zip cover prevents unwanted contact with skin. The Stradale is well ventilated with perforations on the top of the shoulders and upper arms, set in from the stitch line to ensure the leather retains its integrity at the seams. ADVENTURE COLLECTION For the next adventure It’s really important to have the right gear when you ride out on whatever adventure you have lined up. Bike, riding kit, luggage, navigation, all have to be right. So far as riderwear is concerned, Oxford has just the kit for the job.
This year, Oxford has introduced three new adventure jackets. Top of the sales charts is the heavily spec’d Montreal 3.0 Adventure jacket. Updated from the previous RIDE Best Buy model, the jacket includes an Amara lined, multiadjustable collar, reflective panels at the front, top and back for 360° visibility and ripstop material and CE armour in the shoulders and elbows. The external pocket for the armour in the elbow is designed to stay in position in the event of a spill. Next is the Quebec jacket. A pared-back design sharing some common features with the Montreal 3.0, including a waterproof drop liner, tall collar with two adjustment points and neoprene edging for maximum comfort. Ripstop on the shoulders, upper arms and back of the arms for better protection. The jacket has CE armour in the shoulders and elbows, two large Napoleon box pockets and two water resistant box pockets. A deep cutaway on the front hem plus

a Continental Cut on the rear (extended tail) for extra weather protection. Air vents on front and rear. Heavy-duty YKK Vislon zip. Thick 100g thermal liner for extra warmth. Provision for back protector. The Metro is an entry-level jacket providing outstanding value, with waterproof drop liner and spacer mesh in the collar that makes the whole jacket breathable. NEW ADVENTURE Having the right kit is really important when you ride, especially if you are experiencing all kinds of weather conditions. Good riding clothing needs to be adjustable for temperature whilst keeping you dry. Over to Oxford!
The Toledo 1.0 Air is a fully ventilated summer riding jacket. It features a Mandarin collar for comfort, reflective on the top of the shoulders and rear and 1680 Denier heavyweight ballistic fabric in the critical areas. There is heavy duty mesh to the front, rear and to the inside of the arms for full ventilation in warm weather. Other features include: adjustment in three places on the arms for the perfect fit; hand warmer pockets; external pockets for armour; ballistic material on the seat area; hip adjustment to allow for custom adjustment. An emergency waterproof over jacket is included should you be caught in a downpour.

Our Super Hoodies have a water-resistant finish, YKK zips and hidden structure stitching whilst the range of Kickback shirts have a multitude of colours available, belt loops to help keep the shirt from flapping when on the move, double stud and zip cuffs. The Digby boots are a high specification CE standard riding boot with a relaxed, casual style. They include some great

Using a Dupont™ Kevlar® lining, these Jeggings offer serious protection, which includes great abrasion resistance and CE Level 2 knee protectors plus additional hip protector pockets should an upgrade is required. The armour pockets are Velcro free so that there are no harsh edges, making the Super Jegging supremely comfortable.
The outer shell is made from 92% Polyester with 8% Elastane whilst the lining is made from 5% Elastane, the balance being from 100% Dupont™ Kevlar® fibre, providing abrasion resistance-4 way stretch panels. Jeans collection Oxford jeans are created with the discerning rider in mind. No compromises here! The 100% Dupont™ Kevlar® element which delivers the abrasion resistance, covers a large area for the best protection. At the front, it starts at the waistband and continues down to the bottom of the knee and on the rear, is from the waistband to the top of the leg. The back yolk is fully felled, twin-needle chain stitched, and has the 100% Dupont™ Kevlar® inserted into the felled seam for a really clean and strong finish. A felled seam is the toughest seam available and has been tested in Oxford’s in-house lab so that our customers can be assured of quality and strength. It is also the cleanest seam with no raw edges ensuring these jeans are the most comfortable on the market. The outside of the jeans has standard “busted”
out-seams, which is the traditional way. All seams and materials are destruction-tested on Oxford’s in-house tensile test machine. The hip and knee armour pockets are slip-in style rather than Velcro elements, to reduce the number of harsh seams that may cause irritation when riding. The new jeans feature new, specially designed Oxford style tack button on the front and Oxford rivets on the pockets, including on the chevron style coin pocket. Chevron back pockets and new Oxford style leather patch to the rear plus YKK auto lock zip on the fly, complete the feature.

DuPont™ Kevlar® fibres are used in a variety of clothing, accessories, and equipment to help make them safer and more durable. Shoulder and elbow protection is a given in our jackets and all have a pocket for the accessory back protector. In our pants and jeans, knee protectors are standard with provision made for optional hip protection. The armour itself is flexible, comfortable and lightweight and attain CE level standards, whether you use the standard Level 1 protection or choose to upgrade to the more impressive Level 2.
