Welcome Welcome to Trinity Term with the Oxford University Philosophy Society! We founded our society last term to widen popular interest in philosophy by exploring its relevance to all fields of study and creativity. To this end we have put together an exciting series of events to illuminate the contemporary philosophical debate and to bring together Oxford’s most interesting minds. A particular highlight should be an evening with Slavoj Žižek, one of the world’s most influential thinkers. We wish you all a successful term. If you have any questions, or if you would like to suggest an event that our society should hold, then don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at enquiries@oxford-philsoc.org. Best wishes, OUPS Committee
