Mint Julep 75ml Bourbon Whiskey 22.5ml Sugar Syrup 12 Fresh Mint Leaves 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters Mint Sprig Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a julep cup filled with crushed ice. Gently churn the drink with a bar spoon before topping up with more crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
