1.0 Objectives To ensure that the process of wearing and removing a mask in front of the guest is done correctly, according to sanaty protocol.
2.0 Definitions The use of personal masks is mandatory at the Estate. The Spa Therapist will be required to demonstrate to the guest how he wil be putting on a mask before a treatment and during the consultation by the Ayurveda Consultant. Same protocol applies to the Receptionists & the Ayurveda consultant facing the guests.
