3.1.1 Meet and Greet Process 1. The wearing of mask is mandatory. 2. Social distance of 1 meter should be maintainted during this whole process. 3. Guests are informed by default on arrival that handshake is not allowed anymore due to health and safety reason. However in case a handshake is initiated, politely excuse yourself and proceed with the ÂľNamasteÂś gesture with a courteous bow. 4. Politely remind the guests that due to hygiene reasons protocol handshakes are not favoured.
