1.0 Definitions To enable new hygiene practices to form a key part of the meal experience in every section of the Star Restaurant, both to develop customer confidence, as well as preventing the spread of infection. To implement social distancing measures in the Restaurant and organise seating capacity to be reduced to allow tables to be spaced at least 2 metres apart.

Reduction of Seating Capacity Analysis A reduction of 47% of seating capacity has been implemented to reflect the new norms.
