1. Please label all personal belongings with the child’s name (clothes, bags etc.) 2. When changing personal and emergency contact information, please notify the school and the teacher, as soon as possible. 3. Be encouraging to send your child to school every single day, as this creates a healthy, stable routine that will help with your child’s learning development. 4. Do not send sugar filled snacks to school, as this may cause over activity resulting in lack of concentration and/or misbehaviour. 5. Make sure to check your child’s agenda and homework notebook every day and send them back to school every day. 6. Dress your child in clean school uniforms and comfortable shoes. Maintaining a personal hygiene is an important process in your child’s development. The wearing of school uniforms is compulsory. 7. Early pick-ups must be notified at the school from the parent, stating the person responsible for the pick-up and the time. The responsible party must provide his/her ID card for data capture. 8. Physical, verbal or emotional abuse will not be used toward any child in the preschool, nor will it be tolerated by others. 9. A child suffering from vomiting and/or diarrhoea will not be admitted to school until at least 24 hours of symptoms have ceased. 10.Children with head lice or any other contagious condition will not be admitted until the school is assured the treatment has been given. 11.Please do not send toys or expensive stationeries from home as they are difficult to share and breakage may occur. 12.Personal mobile phones or tablets are not allowed and should not be in the possession of the students. Any loss of those devices will not be the responsibility of the school. 13.Please attend all requested conferences and respond to all parental notification forms and disciplinary reports, if necessary.
