THE OUTSIDERS While some are drawn to the romantic notion of interdimensional exploration, there can be many unwanted side effects. Traveling through space and time as a biological creature can have compound effects on the psyche and the physical body. Many explorers experience a drastic change in appearance by what's known as IDM or Interdimensional Mutation. These mutations can take the shape of biological variances but also psychological manifestations in dream like form. Despite the inherent dangers, there is a group of outsiders that embrace adventure and push all known limits for the benefit of man. Their mission is to create the first Interdimensional Historical Library. By doing so, they can promote the interdimensional and intercultural understanding, expand the volume of cultural content, provide resources for educators, scholars, and general audiences—and contribute to scholarly research. The library intends to make this information available on the Interdimensional Astral Plane free of charge and in multilingual/dimensional formats, as well as present primary materials from cultures in all known dimensions, including manuscripts, maps, rare books, musical scores, recordings, films, prints, photographs, architectural drawings and other significant cultural materials.
