You have a 2 year guarantee on manufacturing defaults for private use and a 1 year guarantee for professional use. This guarantee is only valid if original Symo parts are used. Do not fix any parts onto the parasol that are not recommended by Symo NV. Prolong the lifespan of your parasol by using an original Symo protective cover. Always close your parasol in case of strong wind. Take your parasol inside when stormy weather is forecasted. Never leave your parasol open unguarded.
