I’m married with two kids.I studied International relation at Humboldt University of Berlin.I was in Amsterdam three years ago for my intenship,it was then I purchase my apartment.I have all the documents with my Lawyer over here in England.Now I want to rent the apartment out for either long or short period depending on you.I really don’t like how it is vacant now since I have settled down in England here for a long contract.I atually gave the apartment to an agent last year but I don’t really like how he exploit the tenant and also ripped me off.Now I have decided to rent it out myself now.So I will be glad to come over to handover you the keys as soon as I’m able to confirm the refundable security deposit payment from you. This is because I was a victim of bad experience two months ago.I travelled down from England here to meet some fake tenants without confirming their seriousness and readiness, it was later I realised they have no money ready for the rent but just to view the apartment because they love the apartment..I wasted my money and time.Since then I have been advised by my Attorney not to meet any tenant without confirming the receipt of his or her refundable security deposit payment alongside with the fully signed legal documents that will be forwarded to you to sign by my Attorney.The legal documents is just to secure both I and you under the law and to protect your fund incase of any inconviency form either parties.One more thing I would like to solicit for the absolute maintainance of my apartment and want you to take good care of it as your own property.
