Store hours on Sundays are Noon-5pm. Josh Cockram, the owner of The Process and artisan food producer of Josh’s Jungle will be canning different recipes and offering different samplings throughout the day.

COST: Free, but registration is required.

Pickle Demonstration at The Process

Event Details

We will be doing canning demonstrations and sampling of our different products. This will be an all day event held during store hours� This is a free event to come and watch some of our canning techniques and learn some tips and tricks� Each day will be something different. The Process The Process is a Farmers Market store featuring Fort Wayne’s favorite farmers market vendors six days a week� We also stock seasonal produce and fruits that are all locally grown� We have local honey, syrup, breads, flours, baking mixes, meat, produce, fermented foods, pickled foods, and loose leaf tea�

Regular store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 9am to 7pm, Sunday 12 to 5pm�

The Process is also the home of Josh’s Jungle, a small batch canning business that processes their wide variety of products at The Process�
