business to others in the community as I feel each has a very specific identity and there is room in the market for each to prosper. However I will say that The Contour Day Spa has been in existence for over 30 years and we are blessed to have a very loyal following.

Contour Day Spa, we offer a full range of spa and wellness services including: hair, skin, esthetics, massage, body treatments, water healing therapies, make up, laser hair removal and endermology.

the U.S. by way of Israel to fulfill my American dream. After arriving, I established roots in Plantation. I was not alone on my journey, accompanied by husband Joseph and my two sons Jay and Yony, who each play an active role in the business. I opened my first business - an 847 square foot nail salon in a strip center 20 years ago-- and always knew that someday I would build the spa of my dreams. Through hard work, perseverance and vision, the 26,000 square foot spa in Plantation was born.
Please tell us about the training and experience of your staff. Simply put, we only hire the best and most qualified therapists. We have staff members from literally all corners of the globe and each brings with them a wealth of personal and professional experience. This makes us quite unique. We value individuality and often incorporate techniques or nuances that our therapists have brought with them from other parts of the world in our treatments. Additionally we offer extensive ongoing education. Together we share ideas and develop service protocols in monthly meetings. It’s rather exciting as we are con-

Please tell us about your Garden Banquet Venue. The Garden Venue is our latest and most
exciting undertaking. It’s a full service banquet facility located within the Contour Building. The Garden Venue is available for private events ranging from corporate networking to weddings and private parties for up to 120 guests for sit down dinner and more for a buffet style. When holding events of our own in the past, we realized that banquet facilities in the area are really best suited for large events. There wasn’t an elegant space available in Broward County for groups of 200 or less. So we created one! The response from the community has been very positive. Do you offer memberships? Monthly specials? We offer monthly specials with substan-
tial savings. Be sure that we have your email address – and make it your business to open our emails, so you are amongst the first to know about our deal of the month. We have several membership programs available to our clients. The most popular membership is our “Swedish Massage or European Facial Membership” –$65 per month to receive one or the other once a month. This membership includes the use of steam & sauna, men and women locker rooms, as well as all of the Spa amenities. Being a member entitles you to receive 10% off any other spa service on the day of your massage or facial appointment.
