What is the company’s philosophy? Uni.K.Wax Centers’ philosophy is personalized treatment for each client. What made you want to buy the Weston franchise? Noemi is my mother-in-law. My wife, Romina Szperling, and I knew first-hand how successful this business would be once it started franchising. We jumped at the chance to own the Uni.K.Wax Center in Weston.
You have a lot of competition. What do you think distinguishes you from other waxing salons? Our clients appreciate our commitment to customer service, courtesy, professionalism and cleanliness. Uni.K.Wax Centers utilize proprietary techniques and exclusive products of the utmost quality. Our technicians undergo special training and our special wax is created by us, for us, and used only by us – so clients won’t receive this level of service or quality anywhere else.
What makes your wax so special? The wax itself is totally unique. In fact, that’s how the company got its name. The wax is made of all natural ingredients so it’s better for you and your skin.
Does this wax require any special preparation? Each salon employs a specially-trained lab technician for quality control. It is their responsibility to maintain the wax consistency and temperature throughout the day and distribute fresh wax for each treatment. We have an open window to our lab so clients can see for themselves how precisely our wax is prepared and portioned.
