he City of Cooper City is partnering with the Miss USA Organization for the Miss Cooper City Teen USA and Miss Cooper City USA pageants and it is looking for contestants. You could be the lucky young lady to represent Cooper City at the Miss Florida USA 2019 & Miss Florida Teen USA 2019 (November 2018) and move on to represent the state of Florida in the Miss USA 2019 or Miss Teen USA 2019 pageants.
